SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 5, 2026 -- Khalid Ladha, CEO and co-founder of Roomiy Finance, will speak at The Lodging Conference, taking place Oct. 5-8 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. Ladha will appear on the panel "Trends Shaping Today's Hospitality Landscape" on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 2:15-3 p.m. Arizona time.

The session will examine how hotel owners and operators can use data to improve operations and guest engagement while increasing profitability and asset value. Ladha will be joined by Andrew Arthurs, president and chief operating officer of Actabl; Cindy Estis Green, CEO and co-founder of Kalibri Labs; and Nick Knight, senior director of strategic solutions and enterprise at Duetto.
"By combining hotel data with financial technology, we give owners more control over the economics of their business," said Ladha. "We help them lower the cost of selling rooms and secure revenue they can plan around. I see a future where owners keep more of what their hotels earn and invest with greater confidence in their properties and their people."
Ladha began his career with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and later joined Duetto, where he worked with owners and operators to strengthen commercial performance. At Super.com, he was part of the management team that grew the travel business from approximately $50 million to more than $1 billion in annual bookings.
Ladha co-founded Roomiy Finance with Duncan Hall to help hotel owners establish more predictable room revenue. Roomiy Finance pays owners upfront for a portion of their future room nights and charges a flat subscription fee with no commission or credit card fees. Owners receive committed revenue before the month begins, which supports higher net operating income (NOI) and stronger positioning at refinancing or sale. The platform works alongside online travel agencies (OTAs), revenue management teams and existing property systems.
